Here is an introduction to a few of the professional techniques and effects we use in our services:

	Uplighting Uplighting is pointing a lighting fixture up from the ground, usually up a wall, pillar, or other part of the room. It splashes color on the major surfaces in the space. The color chosen for uplighting is what really sets the ambience.
	Cake Table Lighting Your wedding cake should not go unnoticed. Infact, it should be highlighted. We use pinspots or other lights to spotlight your cake. (learn about pinspots here)
	Pinspotting Using special lighting instruments called 'pinspots' we can spotlight specific areas or items. Pinspotting is usually, and very effectively, used for highlighting centerpieces on banquet tables. As you can see in the pictures, there is a magical appearance when every table is uniformly lit with a pinspot. It is a subtle touch that really makes a huge difference in the atmosphere of the room. 	Design (GOBO) Projection We can project a wide variety of images using our lighting fixtures and 'GOBOS' which are basically filters we put in a light to make an image or shape. Uses for this include covering a wall or ceiling with a pattern or projecting a meaningful graphic on a wall or dancefloor.
	Personalized Monograms and Photo Projection This techinque is very popular in weddings because custom 'GOBOS' have always been very expensive. Now we have made it affordable. Please see our page about this technique to learn more.
